     Our staff is ready to bring a combined total of more than 50 years experience in the antiques and collectibles field to bear on your estate liquidation needs.  Our goal is threefold:  1) minimize  your problems and heartache, 2) maximize your estate liquidation proceeds and, 3) offer merchandise at reasonable prices.  We take the burden off your shoulders!  Additionally, we not only have the ability to liquidate your estate items on-site, but also at trade shows or via the internet.  T-N-T Treasures, Inc., which is fully insured and licensed for your protection, is a member of the American Society of Estate Liquidators & and the Antiques Collectibles National Association.  If your home also needs to be sold, we will put you in contact with someone we work with to discuss selling your property.  We look forward to discussing your estate needs at your convenience.

FOR YOUR INFORMATION

1.   It is our policy to have no prior sales

2.   We must have a valid tax form on file or tax will be collected on your purchases. 

3.   Items as priced Friday.  Selected items will be discounted Saturday and Sunday. 

4.   A Bid Box, located in the house, is available if you desire to leave a bid. This is not an auction, but another way to buy your favorite items!  Reasonable bids would be at least 50% of the original ticket price.  On placing bids, remember others will be bidding, so bid accordingly and that the item will still be available for sale until the bids are confirmed or sold.  Use odd numbers when bidding ($159.59) to better your chances of winning.  In case of a tie, we will call each bidder and give them the opportunity to raise the bid until the tie is broken.  Only winning bidders will be notified after 5:00 P.M. on Saturday and bids must be confirmed.  We reserve the right not to accept bids for the estate.  Winning bids must be picked up by 2:00 P.M. Sunday unless other arrangements have been made with one of our staff.  Remember, when placing a bid, you are obligated to purchase that item if you are the winning bidder.

5.   PLEASE respect all private signs. 

6.   Entry through the front door and follow the signs for the Exit

7.   A sign-up sheet will be posted Thursday, (the day before the sale) at 5:30 P.M. by the front door for early sign-up or you can call 757-485-3927 from 5:30 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. to be placed on the sign-up sheet.  Anyone signing up on the early sign-up list, MUST be in line when the numbers are given out at 8:30 A.M. Friday.  If you are not at the house, your number will be given to the next in line.  Numbers will be given out on a first come first served basis beginning at 8:30 A.M. Friday after the Early Sign-Up list is finished.  A maximum of two tickets per person will be given.  The sale will begin at 9:00 A.M. on Friday. 

8.   Two part tickets are on larger items.  Only remove the bottom half if you are purchasing the item, and present it to a cashier.  SOLD TAGS are available from staff members to safeguard your items.

9.   A limited amount of wrapping material and bags are provided for your convenience at the cashier's tables.

10.  Payment will be made prior to removal of items from the premises.  Cash, approved checks, MasterCard, VISA & American Express.  (There will be a $30.00 fee for each returned check).

11.  We appreciate your business, but ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS & NO RETURNS.
