Our goal is threefold: 1) minimize your problems and heartache, 2) maximize your estate liquidation proceeds and, 3) offer merchandise at reasonable prices. We take the burden off your shoulders! Additionally, we not only have the ability to liquidate your estate items on-site, but also at trade shows or via the internet. T-N-T Treasures, Inc., which is fully insured and licensed for your protection, is a member of the American Society of Estate Liquidators & and the Antiques Collectibles National Association. 3-Day Estate Sales
* HOURS: Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Sunday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
* NUMBERS: Only needed 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM Friday! Numbers at 8:30 AM. Early Sign-Up list at front door 5:30 PM Thursday. Come by anytime or call 485-3927 between 5:30 PM and 7:00 PM to get on the list. If you use the Early Sign-Up list, you must be here at 8:30 AM Friday to get your number. We open at 9:00 AM.
* PRICES: Everything is priced for immediate sale. Prices FIRM Friday; Selected items discounted Saturday and Sunday. There have been no early sales!
* PAYMENT: MC, VISA, American Express, cash & local checks ($30.00 return fee applies). We collect 5% VA sales tax on all purchases unless a valid tax exempt form is on file.
* PRICE TAGS: Most large items have white, two-part tags. Remove the bottom half – only if you wish to buy it. When ready to “cash out”, give it to the cashier. Feel free to pick up smalls.
* * REMOVAL: Only after payment is made. Removal by 4:00 PM Sunday, unless arrangements are made. A Delivery Service is available! If moving large or heavy items, PLEASE bring help!
7. * BIDS: A Bid Box, located in the house, is available if you desire to leave a bid. This is not an auction, but another way to buy your favorite items! A Bid may be left on any item until closing 5:00 PM Saturday. BIDS MUST BE AT LEAST 50% OF THE ORIGINAL PRICE. We notify only winning bidders Saturday night. If you get a phone message, call back to confirm. If no confirmation is received, the item remains available for sale on Sunday. Placement of a Bid and/or confirmation constitute an obligation to purchase. See Bid directions posted at the BID BOX.
8 * EMAIL NOTIFICATION: Ask either cashier to be placed on our Estate Sale notification email list or sign-up at our website (www.tnt-treasures.com)
9. * MISC. : Please respect all “Private”/”Empty” signs inside and neighbor’s driveways and lawns outside. We appreciate your business, suggestions and comments. All sales are final – no refunds - no returns.
